Overview

If you’ve been curious about Mindfulness and meditation but don't know where to begin, or you’ve tried apps and videos that didn’t stick, this weekly class offers a simple, practical way to build a practice that actually fits into your life.

Each session is unique, practical, and taught in a welcoming environment.
There is no jargon, no pressure, and no expectation to “be good” at meditating.

Open to people of all backgrounds, genders, faiths, sexualities and cultures.
No previous experience necessary.
The Wellness Hub is located on the top floor of the Langton pub.

We provide everything: mats, cushions, chairs, blankets, etc.
Just wear comfy warm clothing.

U.M. offers a unique, modern framework that anyone can use to cultivate a more insightful, balanced and fulfilling life.


The session

Every week is different and changes based on the needs of the group. Each session provides opportunities for growth and connection.

Generally, you can expect:

  • Guided meditations

  • Explanations of WHY we practice

  • Group sharing insights and discussions

  • Practical ways you can apply what you learnt in your daily life

  • Relaxing ending with Eddy playing his handpan (if time allows 😉)

Open to people of all backgrounds, genders, faiths, sexualities, cultures and incomes.
No meditation experience necessary.
No equipment needed (you can bring your favourite cushion or bench if you wish).
Wear comfy clothing.


Currently we're being hosted in Eddy's house, in Brislington (the exact address is provided on registration), in his spacious and cosy living room.
We have sofas, chairs and cushions to sit on.
Our experienced host, Eddy, is a certified Unified Mindfulness coach.
He will ensure a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where everyone - from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners, from any background - can connect and learn from each other.
Sessions are completely free. We ask for a donation at the end (suggested £5).
We believe that Mindfulness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of income. Your contribution directly supports the continuation and accessibility of these practices.

Hey! This is Eddy.
I'm the founder of Prima Mentis and a certified Unified Mindfulness Coach.

Prima Mentis means "Mind First". It embodies our core belief that positive change begins within.
This project emerged from a deeply personal mission: helping young creatives who feel stuck and disconnected find clarity and purpose.
Because I know what it’s like to drift through work and relationships on autopilot, unsure how to wake up and take ownership of my life.


Our Approach

We teach Mindfulness meditation, based on the Unified Mindfulness meditation system.
U.M. offers a unique, modern framework that anyone can use to cultivate a more insightful, balanced and fulfilling life.
